How to Book With Us

1️⃣ Browse & Select Rentals
Explore our catalog and add your rental items (backdrops, chairs, signs, etc.) to your cart.

2️⃣ Add Delivery & Add-Ons
Select your delivery zone based on roundtrip mileage.
Need setup, breakdown, or early delivery? Add those from our Add-Ons section.

3️⃣ Complete Checkout
Confirm your rental dates and location, and pay the 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your order.

4️⃣ Sign the Rental Contract
After checkout, you’ll receive a link to sign our rental agreement via Jotform.
This step is required to finalize your booking.
If the contract is not completed, your order will be canceled and your date will be released.

5️⃣ Receive Confirmation
Once your contract is signed, we’ll text you from 860-484-2179 to confirm delivery and pickup details.
